If you are not satisfied, you may return any FreezeCap product within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked.

What We Refund
 • Full product price when the item is returned in original condition with all components.
 • Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
 • We email you a prepaid return label; the label cost is deducted from your refund.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email orders@freezecap.com with your order number.
  2. We reply with packing instructions and a prepaid label.
  3. Ship the item back. After inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within two (2) business days. Your bank may take up to 14 days to post the credit.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
Email us within five (5) calendar days of delivery and attach photos of the issue. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund once the problem is confirmed.

Delivery Issues
All shipments include USPS tracking and $100 Priority Mail insurance. If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is missing or mis-delivered, notify us within three (3) business days so we can file a carrier claim on your behalf.


Final-Sale Items
Gift cards and items explicitly marked “Final Sale” on the product page are not returnable.


Chargebacks and Bad-Faith Disputes
Filing a chargeback without first emailing us voids eligibility for any return, refund, exchange, or warranty on that order once the dispute is resolved in FreezeCap LLC’s favor. FreezeCap LLC may also decline future orders linked to the same name, email, payment method, device, or shipping address at its discretion. This clause does not limit rights granted by card-network rules or consumer-protection law.
